No worries at all! Every single live session is recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You'll have lifetime access to all recordings, so you can catch up at your own pace whenever it suits you.
Yes! The program addresses the full spectrum of women's hormonal health — from menstrual health to perimenopause and post-menopause. Week 9 is dedicated entirely to menopause, and practices are adapted for every life stage.
It's designed for yoga teachers (200hr+), health coaches, naturopaths, physiotherapists, doctors, midwives and other health professionals who want to specialise in hormone health and serve women clients more deeply.
Yes. This program works alongside — not against — conventional medicine. Many participants are on HRT, birth control, or thyroid medication. We always recommend working with your doctor in parallel. The program enhances your overall wellbeing and does not replace medical treatment.
